Hole 5
A dogleg left with rolling fairways, Hole 5 gives players options. The safe play is a straight drive toward the large tree at the corner, leaving a mid-iron into the green. Bold players can try to cut the corner, but the ball will tend to kick left and two deep bunkers protect the green. Positioning is everything here: a well-placed tee shot makes the approach straightforward, while anything offline brings the hazards into play. The green is receptive, rewarding good iron play. It’s a hole that invites ambition but punishes greed.
